RETURN Policy
Juniper Hartmann is unable to accept returns outside of a book arriving damaged. She will replace the book free of charge to the customer. As an indie author, her budget is limited and book returns can be a financial burden.
All purchases are final.

late packages
If your package is late, please contact Juniper using the contact form below. She will look into the matter immediately.
Missing packages may be replaceable on a case-by-case basis. Normally, Junie is more than happy to replace your order.
shipping method
All packages will be shipped in bubble mailers or boxes depending on the order size. A tracking number will be provided once the order is packed.
Junie sends out every order the next morning unless it’s a Sunday (USPS doesn’t pick up!).
